Summary :

Owing to the traditional education system and linear style of teaching, Sukun struggled with limiting beliefs that paralysed her all the way through her teens to early adulthood. Stuck in a vicious cycle of self-sabotage and her inner critic, she disguised herself behind the crowds with no desire to be seen or leave a mark. With a loss of hope and an ongoing feeling of stagnation, she started wondering, is this it? Luckily her love for brain science and behavioural psychology led her to further understand the human wiring, while questioning conventional paradigms that restrict us from living an empowered and authentic life. This is when it dawned on her that it's never too late to change one's wiring and explore new possibilities, and so she found her calling.
